The Recruiter will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and will collaborate with the HR Department staff as well as Operational leadership to achieve and maintain the organization’s goals in overall staffing. The Recruiter is responsible for monitoring the recruiting needs for the Company meeting hiring goals for business growth. This will be achieved through execution of recruiting plans and sourcing strategies. The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
