The Employee Relations (ER) Manager will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and will be in charge of facilitating employee relations and solving human resource issues on behalf of the Company. The ER Manager handles employee situations with a focus on conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment. They maintain good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction. Identifies and analyzes issues with employee relations infractions and provides recommendations for resolutions to employee relations issues.
